Yma cewch gysylltiadau i sefydliadau Lleol a Rhanbarthol y CLlE, Gwybodaeth gyffredinol a gwybodaeth sydd efallai yn benodol i’r boblogaeth CLlE. Mae’r cysylltiadau yma yn darparu gwybodaeth fwy cyffredinol. Ble’n bosib rydym wedi eich cyfeirio at dudalennau CLlE penodol. Gobeithiwn y byddwch yn cael y safle hwn yn ddefnyddiol ac addysgiadol. Pyrth DU CLlE Mae porth gorllewin canolbarth Lloegr yn un cynhwysfawr ac mae’n cynnwys cysylltiadau i gefnogaeth a sefydliadau oddi allan i Gymru. Porth i aml ddiwylliannol Fanceinion Sefydliadau CLlE y DU Mae’r Ethnic Minority Foundation (EMF) wedi ymrwymo i ehangu cyfleoedd i bobl o gymunedau lleiafrifoedd ethnig trwy’r DU Mae BMESpark (Black and Minority Ethnic Supporting People action, research and knowledge) yn anelu i roi help i ymarferwyr a gwneuthurwyr polisi adlewyrchu ac ateb gofynion a phryderon cymunedau croen ddu a lleiafrifoedd ethnig wrth weithredu Cefnogi Pobl. Prif sianel gyfathrebu'r Ymddiriedolaeth 1990 . Rhestr a chrynodeb o gysylltiadau addysgiadol ar gyfer busnesau a sefydliadau cyngor yn y DU. Mae gwefan Multikulti yn anelu i gefnogi dinasyddiaeth trwy drosglwyddo gwybodaeth ddiwylliannol briodol sydd wedi ei gyfieithu yn gywir yn y meysydd cyfraith lles canlynol - dyled, cyflogaeth, tai, mewnfudiad a budd-daliadau lles. Ar hyn o bryd maent yn cyfieithu'r deunydd i Albaneg, Arabeg, Bangla Tsieinëeg, Farsi, Ffrangeg, Gujerati, Somali, Sbaeneg a Thyrceg. Sefydliadau CLlE lleol, rhanbarthol a chenedlaethol
Sefydliad gwirfoddol a sefydlwyd i ymateb i ddatganoli yng Nghymru. Mae AWEMA yn gweithredu fel cyswllt rhwng Llywodraeth Cynulliad Cymru a’r cymunedau CLlE i sicrhau bod eu barn, anghenion a’u pryderon yn cael eu clywed.
Mae’n cynnig cefnogaeth i ferched Mwslimaidd a’u teuluoedd yng Nghymru. Wedi ei lleoli yng Nghaerdydd ond gyda chylch gwaith Cymru gyfan.
Yn golygu ‘ein hundod’, mae AWETU yn sefydliad sy’n cynnig cymorth i bobl CLlE sy’n wynebu salwch meddwl. Wedi ei leoli yng Nghaerdydd ond gyda chylch gwaith Cymru gyfan.

Yn gweithio ar gyfer cyfranogaeth ethnig llawn yn yr amgylchedd adeiledig a naturiol. Mae BEN yn sefydliad aelodaeth gyda rhwydwaith DU eang o dros 600 o aelodau. Mae aelodaeth yn rhad ac am ddim i grwpiau cymunedol bychan, ysgolion ac unigolion. Sefydliad ambarél sy’n weithredol gynrychioli, cefnogi a hyrwyddo diddordebau Cymunedau CLlE a Sector Gwirfoddol CLlE yng Nghymru. Mae gan BVSNW weithiwr yn y maes sy’n ymglymu gyda Chymunedau yn Gyntaf yng ngogledd Cymru. Grŵp Cymuned TsieineaiddA voluntary support network organised from within the Chinese community, helping with social contacts and activities. Also provides Chinese classes. Cysylltu â ni if you need further information Grŵp Merched TsieineaiddGrŵp sy’n darparu rhwydwaith cymdeithasol a ffynhonnell gwybodaeth a chyngor ar holl faterion yn ymwneud â merched yn y gymuned Tsieineaidd. Grŵp Merched TsieineaiddGrŵp Merched Tsieineaidd (CRE Wales)A publicly funded, non-governmental body set up under the Race Relations Act 1976 to tackle racial discrimination and promote racial equality. Works in partnership with individuals and organisations for a fair and just society which values diversity and gives everyone an equal chance to work, learn and live free from discrimination, prejudice, and racism. Cynnwys supports disabled people, black and minority ethnic individuals, and lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered people in Gwynedd and Anglesey. Cynnwys aims to help these individuals gain better access to advice and information in the two counties. Ethnic Business Support Programme (EBSP), established as a non-profit company, aims to bridge the gap between ethnic communities and business support agents. It will target potential entrepreneurs using local champions, and advisors will hand-hold clients through the start-up process

IQRA TrustAims to promote greater understanding of Islam to Muslims and non-Muslims, and to encourage full participation in all aspects of British life whilst adhering to the teachings of the faith. Based in London. A Wales-wide organisation that aims to remove barriers to participation faced by black and ethnic women in Wales. Membership is by annual subscription for a small fee, which gives access to a range of facilities services and opportunities. NACRO is a crime reduction charity. Their aim is to make society safer by finding practical solutions to reducing crime. NACRO provides consultancy, training, information, research, evaluation and development services in the fields of community safety, mental health, prisons and resettlement, and race and criminal justice.

SHEKINAShekina is a multi-cultural women’s group providing training, help and support, encouraging women to participate in the local community. Membership is by annual subscription or donation, but advice and language courses are given free. The Special Needs Advisory Project in Wales provides advice and support for the parents and carers of children who are categorised with Special Addysgal Needs. SNAP Cymru has a BME Consultants Forum which seeks to raise awareness of the issues related to black and ethnic minority parents, carers and young people.
Working with the Welsh Refugee Council, the group provides information, advice and advocacy to newly arrived and more settled individuals. There are 2 drop-in centres where meals are provided, one in the Salvation Army Centre and one in the Methodist Church, in Wrecsam.
